Unlike "cash-for-gold" shops, we use XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) technology to determine the exact metal purity without damaging your jewelry. Our Graduate Gemologist then evaluates any diamonds or colored stones based on current market demand, not just scrap weight. We provide a transparent, competitive offer based on the "Fair Market Value" of the entire piece, including its craftsmanship and gemstone quality.

Bespoke jewelry at Garner Wallace is special because it is entirely custom-crafted from scratch to tell a unique story. Unlike mass-produced retail pieces, our custom jewelry design combines premium fine metals and hand-selected diamonds to bring your precise vision to life right here in Keller, Texas.
Appraisals
While we welcome walk-ins during our standard hours (Mon–Fri 11am-6:30pm, Sat 12pm-5pm), we recommend scheduling an appointment for detailed estate evaluations or certified jewelry appraisals. This ensures our on-staff Master Watchmaker or Gemologist is available to give your items the undivided technical attention they deserve. For standard watch battery replacements or jewelry cleaning, no appointment is necessary.
Custom Jewelry & Bridal
Our custom journey begins with a private consultation where our Graduate Gemologist helps you select the perfect GIA-certified diamond or gemstone. We then create a high-detail 3D CAD model for your approval. Once the design is finalized, we 3D-print a wax prototype for you to try on before casting in your choice of Platinum, Gold, or Silver. The entire process typically takes 4–6 weeks, ensuring a masterpiece that is uniquely yours.
